USON Nevers secured a 27-17 victory against Valence Romans at Stade du Pre Fleuri. Gabin Rocher was instrumental for Nevers, scoring two tries, while Shaun Reynolds added crucial conversions and penalties. Valence Romans struggled to maintain discipline, with Thomas Roziere receiving a yellow card early in the match. Lucas Meret kept Valence in contention with his penalty kicks, scoring three throughout the game. Efi Ma'afu's try in the second half further solidified Nevers' lead. Despite a late effort from Mosese Mawalu, who scored for Valence, it wasn't enough to close the gap. Nevers' strong defensive display and effective attacking strategy secured them a well-deserved win.
