Glasgow Warriors triumphed over Benetton Rugby with a commanding 42-10 victory at Scotstoun Stadium. Kyle Steyn opened the scoring with a try in the fifth minute, followed by a conversion from Adam Hastings. Matt Fagerson added another try shortly after, extending the Warriors' lead. Despite a brief response from Benetton's Mirco Spagnolo, who scored a try, the visitors struggled after Scott Scrafton's red card just before halftime. In the second half, Rory Darge, Jamie Dobie, and Steyn again crossed the line, with Duncan Weir converting each time. Benetton's Paolo Odogwu received a yellow card, compounding their difficulties. Euan Ferrie capped the scoring with a late try, sealing a comprehensive win for Glasgow.
