US Montauban secured a 32-24 victory over CA Brive in a tightly contested Pro D2 clash at Stade Sapiac. Brive initially took the lead with two penalties from Broncan, but Montauban responded with tries from Ekuasi, Ahmed, and Papunashvili. Enzo Herve's kicking was crucial, converting three tries and adding penalties to keep Montauban ahead. Brive fought back with two tries from Cros, but they struggled to convert their scoring opportunities into points.
