Stade Armandie

In a closely contested match, US Montauban defeated Agen 25-18 at Stade Armandie. Montauban set the tone early with a try from Renda in the fourth minute, followed by a drop goal from Bosviel. Searle responded for Agen with a penalty, but Montauban maintained their lead with another penalty from Bosviel and a try by Jackson. Agen fought back with a try from Etcheverry right after halftime, bringing them to within striking distance. However, Montauban's Jackson scored again to extend their lead. Agen's Bonnet found the try line late in the game, but it wasn't enough to secure a win. Bosviel's consistent kicking and Jackson's two tries were pivotal for Montauban's victory.
