Stade Guy Boniface

Stade Montois secured a 15-9 victory over Oyonnax in a closely contested Pro D2 match at Stade Guy Boniface. The home side took an early lead with tries from Begic and Robic, both converted by Loustalot, giving them a 14-3 advantage. Oyonnax struggled to capitalize on their opportunities, with Stark receiving a yellow card that hampered their momentum. Chris William Smith added three points for Oyonnax with a penalty, but it was not enough to close the gap. Loustalot extended Stade Montois's lead with another penalty late in the game. Oyonnax's efforts were commendable, but they lacked the finishing touch in the red zone. The match showcased strong defensive performances, particularly from Stade Montois, who held on to their slim lead until full-time.
