Montauban vs Dax head to head

🔥 1

US Montauban secured a convincing 35-23 victory against Dax at Stade Sapiac. The home side took an early lead with two tries from Vici, both converted by Bosviel, who also added several penalties throughout the match. A yellow card for Dax's Ferreira just before the half-time mark compounded their struggles, allowing Montauban to extend their lead further. Despite losing Sordoni to a red card just before halftime, Montauban managed to maintain their advantage, with Espeut scoring another try shortly after the break. Dax fought back with a try from Ausset, converted by Seguy, but Montauban's dominance was evident as Reilhac sealed the game with a late try. Seguy's penalties kept Dax in contention, but they were unable to capitalize on their opportunities. Ultimately, Montauban's disciplined performance and key contributions from their forwards secured the win.
