Valence Romans showcased an impressive performance, defeating USON Nevers 69-21 at Stade Georges-Pompidou. Dorian Marco-Pena was a standout for the home side, scoring two early tries to set the tone. Despite a brief response from Nevers through Lasha Pkhakadze's try, the Romans quickly regained control. Lucas Meret's accurate kicking and playmaking significantly contributed to their scoring, as he converted six tries. Adam Vargas also shone, scoring two tries in the second half. Nevers struggled with discipline, receiving multiple yellow cards that hindered their momentum. Valence Romans' dominant display underscored their strength in the Pro D2 competition.
