Stage: Conference A Round 16

Hanazono Rugby Stadium

The Kobelco Kobe Steelers delivered a commanding performance against the Mitsubishi Sagamihara Dynaboars, finishing the match with a score of 59-33. Inoke Burua was a standout player, scoring two tries early on, showcasing his ability to break through the Dynaboars' defense. Bryn Gatland's kicking was also exceptional, converting all but one of the tries, contributing significantly to the scoreboard. The Dynaboars managed to respond with tries from Kohki Sato and Yoshimitsu Yasue, but they struggled to keep pace with the relentless Steelers attack. The second half saw more tries from both teams, including a late effort from Marino Mikaele-Tu'u for the Dynaboars. However, the Steelers' dominance in the first half was too great, allowing them to maintain a comfortable lead throughout. This victory not only avenged their previous defeat to the Dynaboars but also reinforced their position in the league.
