Gloucester Rugby delivered a commanding performance, defeating Bristol Bears 53-28 at Kingsholm. The home side started explosively, with Christian Wade crossing the line twice in the opening minutes, followed by tries from Josh Hathaway, Chris Harris, and Seb Atkinson. Bristol responded with tries from Fitz Harding and James Williams, keeping the contest competitive in the first half. However, Gloucester's attack was relentless, and they scored three more tries shortly after halftime, including a second from Wade and two from Atkinson. Despite a late resurgence from Bristol with another try from Williams, Gloucester's lead proved insurmountable. Santiago Carreras and Tomos Williams effectively orchestrated the home side's attack, while Harry Byrne struggled to contain the onslaught before being substituted. This victory not only marked a strong statement from Gloucester but also showcased their attacking prowess throughout the match.
