Leicester Tigers secured a thrilling 44-34 victory against Sale Sharks at Mattioli Woods Welford Road Stadium. The match opened with an early try from Cowan-Dickie for Sale, but the Tigers quickly responded with Radwan's try, followed by Pollard's successful conversion. Pollard continued to showcase his kicking prowess, adding multiple penalties to put Leicester ahead. Sale's Ford orchestrated a strong response with two tries from Reed and Ma'asi-White, but Leicester maintained their lead through Robert du Preez's impressive performance. The second half saw both teams trading tries, with Pollard and Hassell-Collins shining for the Tigers. Despite a late surge from Sale, including a try from Ilione, the Tigers held firm to clinch the win. This result not only avenged their previous defeats to Sale but also solidified Leicester's standing in the Premiership.
