Leicester Tigers secured a convincing 42-20 victory over Newcastle Falcons at Welford Road. Hanro Liebenberg opened the scoring with an early try, quickly followed by another from Josh Bassett, both converted by Handre Pollard. Newcastle's Brett Connon responded with a penalty, but Louis Brown's yellow card hindered their momentum. Leicester capitalized on this advantage by adding a third try from Solomone Kata. Despite Ollie Hassell-Collins receiving a yellow card, Leicester continued their dominance with further tries from Joe Heyes and Matt Rogerson. Ollie Leatherbarrow scored a consolation try for Newcastle, along with a late effort from Sammy Arnold, but it wasn't enough to change the outcome. Pollard and Volavola's conversions rounded off an impressive performance from Leicester.
