Stage: Regular Season Round 5

Apollo Projects Stadium

The Crusaders showcased their attacking prowess in a commanding 55-33 victory over the Western Force at Apollo Projects Stadium. Macca Springer was the standout player, scoring three tries, while Sevu Reece added two more for the home side. Western Force began with an early penalty from Max Burey, but the Crusaders quickly responded with tries from Springer and Reece. Despite a spirited effort from the Force, including a try from Will Harris, they struggled to keep pace with the relentless Crusaders attack. James O'Connor's conversions were crucial, adding to the home team's momentum. The second half saw further tries from Springer and Will Jordan, solidifying the win. Although the Force managed to score late through Harry Potter, it was not enough to challenge the dominant Crusaders.
