The Brumbies showcased a dominant performance against the NSW Waratahs, winning 40-17 at GIO Stadium. Corey Toole opened the scoring for the home side, followed by a quick try from Len Ikitau. The Waratahs briefly rallied with tries from Langi Gleeson and Joseph-Aukuso Suaalii, but the Brumbies responded strongly with Billy Pollard crossing the line twice before halftime. After the break, Allan Alaalatoa and Toole added further tries, with Noah Lolesio maintaining a perfect kicking record. Despite a late try from Andrew Kellaway, the Waratahs struggled to keep pace. Lolesio's playmaking and kicking were pivotal for the Brumbies, while the Waratahs' discipline suffered, illustrated by Jake Gordon's yellow card early in the match. Overall, the Brumbies' forward pack and tactical execution proved too strong for their rivals.
