Stage: Regular Season Round 2
Stadio Olimpico
Italy secured a hard-fought victory against Wales, finishing 22-15 at Stadio Olimpico. Tommaso Allan was instrumental for Italy, scoring numerous penalties and converting a try from Ange Capuozzo early in the match. Wales responded with a try from Aaron Wainwright, but struggled to maintain consistent pressure. The game was marred by yellow cards for both teams, with Josh Adams and Marco Riccioni receiving bans. Italy capitalized on their opportunities, particularly through Allan鈥檚 kicking. The rain affected the flow of the game, leading to a more tactical battle between the teams. In the end, Italy's discipline and strategic play proved decisive in their victory.
