Stage: Regular Season Round 4

Aviva Stadium

France secured a commanding 42-27 victory over Ireland at the Aviva Stadium. The match began with Ireland's McCarthy receiving a yellow card early on, allowing Bielle-Biarrey to score the first try for France. Sam Prendergast kept Ireland in contention with penalties and a try from Sheehan shortly after halftime. However, France quickly responded with two more tries from Bielle-Biarrey and Jegou, showcasing their attacking prowess. Despite Ireland's late efforts, including tries from Healy and Conan, France's Ramos consistently converted opportunities, finishing with a total of 17 points. The match highlighted France's strong performance and tactical discipline, especially during crucial moments. Ireland, while competitive, struggled to cope with the relentless French attack and discipline issues.
