Stade Français vs Montpellier head to head

Stade Francais secured a 29-20 victory over Montpellier in a closely contested match. Thomas Vincent opened the scoring for Montpellier with an early penalty, but Stade responded with a try from Peniasi Dakuwaqa. Despite a yellow card for Lucas Peyresblanques, Stade maintained their composure, aided by Zack Henry's kicking. Sam Simmonds scored a crucial try for Montpellier, but Stade's Louis Carbonel's conversions were instrumental in building their lead. Sekou Macalou's try further extended Stade's advantage in the second half. Montpellier fought back with a try from George Bridge, but it wasn't enough to overcome Stade's lead. Ultimately, Stade Francais' solid performance at home ensured they took the full points.
