Stage: Regular Season Round 8

GGL Stadium

Montpellier secured a decisive 16-0 victory over Stade Rochelais at GGL Stadium. Stuart Hogg opened the scoring with a penalty at the 10-minute mark and followed it up with a conversion after Arthur Vincent's try at the 12th minute. Despite a yellow card for Luka Japaridze shortly after, Montpellier maintained their momentum, with Hogg adding another penalty just before halftime. In the second half, Hogg continued his impressive performance with a third penalty, extending the lead. The Montpellier defense held strong, shutting out Rochelais throughout the match, who struggled to find their rhythm. Key substitutions were made by both teams, but they had little impact on the overall outcome. Montpellier's structured play and defensive resilience were pivotal in their comprehensive victory.
