New Zealand secured a narrow victory over France with a final score of 31-27 in an intense friendly match. The All Blacks started strong, with Will Jordan and Tupou Vaa'i scoring tries, both converted by Beauden Barrett, who was instrumental throughout the game. France fought back, with Mickael Guillard and Gabin Villiere crossing the try line, but New Zealand's lead remained intact at halftime. In the second half, Jordan added his second try, further extending New Zealand's advantage. Despite a spirited comeback by France, highlighted by a try from Cameron Woki, they fell just short. Barrett's kicking accuracy proved vital, as he converted all four of his tries and added a penalty. The win marked a successful redemption for New Zealand after their previous loss to France.
