New Zealand secured a 26-13 victory over Ireland in an international friendly at Soldier Field. The home side faced a significant setback early on, with Tadhg Beirne receiving a red card just two minutes into the match. Despite this, Ireland managed to score first through a penalty by Jack Crowley, followed by a try from Tadhg Furlong. However, New Zealand quickly responded with a try from Ardie Savea and a conversion by Beauden Barrett, shifting the momentum. The visitors extended their lead with tries from Tamaiti Williams and Wallace Sititi, both converted by Barrett. Ireland's attempts to close the gap included a strong performance from Crowley, but they ultimately fell short. New Zealand's depth and execution proved decisive, allowing them to maintain control throughout the match.
