In an intense friendly at Murrayfield, New Zealand defeated Scotland 25-17. Cam Roigard opened the scoring with an early try, converted by Beauden Barrett. Scotland fought back with tries from Ewan Ashman and Kyle Steyn, both converted by Finn Russell, bringing the home side back into contention. However, Will Jordan's late first-half try helped New Zealand maintain a lead at halftime. The second half saw Damian McKenzie score an important try for the All Blacks, securing their victory. Scotland's discipline faltered with multiple yellow cards against New Zealand, but they could not capitalize on their chances. Ultimately, New Zealand's early advantage and critical moments sealed their win despite a spirited performance from Scotland.
