Scotland delivered a commanding performance against Tonga, winning 56-0 at Murrayfield. The match started with Tonga's Semisi Paea receiving a red card just four minutes in, leaving them a man down. Scotland capitalized quickly, with Jamie Ritchie scoring a try in the ninth minute, followed by George Turner and Max Williamson extending the lead. Fergus Burke's accurate kicking contributed significantly, as he converted all of Scotland's tries. Duhan van der Merwe and Ewan Ashman added to the tally, while George Horne showcased his skills by scoring multiple tries. Tonga struggled to find any rhythm, exacerbated by the lack of players and numerous yellow cards. Overall, Scotland's depth and tactical execution proved too strong for the visitors.
