The Houston Sabercats secured a convincing 33-19 victory over the Utah Warriors at Zions Bank Stadium. The match kicked off with both teams eager to establish early dominance, but it was Houston who drew first blood. AJ Alatimu, playing at fly-half, orchestrated the Sabercats' attacks effectively, while Utah struggled to maintain possession. The Warriors' Joel Hodgson attempted to rally his team, scoring a try, but it wasn't enough to withstand Houston's relentless pressure. Key performances from Drake Davis and Tautalatasi Tasi helped the Sabercats extend their lead throughout the match. Despite a spirited effort by Utah, they couldn't close the gap in the second half. This match marked the Sabercats' third consecutive win against the Warriors in MLR, showcasing their growing superiority.
