Lyon regained the lead with two more penalties from Berdeu, before Monty Ioane crossed for a try just before halftime. In the second half, a yellow card for Lyon's Steeve Blanc-Mappaz proved costly as Theo Ntamack scored a try for Toulouse, leveling the score. The match showcased intense defense and resilience from both sides, resulting in a well-fought stalemate.
