Sale Sharks delivered a commanding performance against Newcastle Red Bulls, winning 57-5 at the CorpAcq Stadium. Robert du Preez opened the scoring with an early try, followed by quick scores from Tom Roebuck and Luke Cowan-Dickie, both converted by George Ford. Newcastle's Max Clark received a yellow card, further complicating their efforts. Despite Cowan-Dickie's own yellow card later in the half, Sale continued to pile on the pressure, leading to tries from Ernst van Rhyn and Arron Reed before halftime. In the second half, Tom Roebuck added two more tries, with Nathan Jibulu also crossing the line. Ford's kicking was impeccable, contributing significantly to the scoreline. Newcastle managed a consolation try through Elliott Obatoyinbo, but it was a match dominated by Sale Sharks.
