Stade Chaban-Delmas

Union Bordeaux-Bègles showcased a dominant performance against US Montauban, finishing the match with a commanding score of 71-24. Louis Bielle-Biarrey opened the scoring early with a try, followed by a strong display from fly half Martin Page-Relo, who also scored a try and converted all his attempts. Montauban managed to respond with a try from Jeremie Maurouard, but the home side quickly regained control, with Bielle-Biarrey crossing the line again before halftime. The second half saw Bordeaux-Bègles maintain their offensive pressure, with notable contributions from Matthieu Jalibert and Nicolas Depoortere, who both scored tries. Montauban’s JT Jackson added a try for the visitors, but it was far too little against Bordeaux-Bègles’ relentless attack. Bordeaux's substitutes, including Joseph Laharrague and Valentin Hutteau, continued to build on the lead, scoring late tries to seal the overwhelming victory. Overall, this match demonstrated Bordeaux-Bègles’ attacking prowess and depth in squad performance.
