RC Toulon delivered an impressive performance against US Montauban, finishing the match with a score of 54-28. The home side quickly established dominance, with Setariki Tuicuvu scoring the first try just five minutes in, followed by attempts from Baptiste Serin and Mathieu Smaili. Mateo Garcia's accurate kicking ensured Toulon maintained a commanding lead throughout the match. Montauban's Josua Vici and Paul Vallee managed to score tries, but they were unable to close the gap. Toulon's Mathis Ferte also contributed significantly, adding two tries to the tally. The second half saw Toulon continue their scoring spree with Teddy Baubigny and Ferte crossing the line again. Ultimately, Toulon's strong attack and consistent defense proved too much for Montauban to handle.
