Dragons RFC convincingly defeated Scarlets 28-5 at Rodney Parade. Tinus de Beer opened the scoring with a try, successfully converted by Angus O'Brien, giving the Dragons an early lead. Scarlets' Harvey Cuckson received a yellow card, which hampered their momentum, though Ellis Mee managed to score a try shortly after. However, Max Douglas's red card just before halftime left Scarlets down to 14 men. The Dragons capitalized on this advantage, with O'Brien and Richards scoring tries shortly after the break. O'Brien continued to excel with his conversions, finishing the match with a perfect kicking record. George Roberts sealed the victory with a late try, ensuring a decisive win for the Dragons.
