Stade Amedee-Domenech

Soyaux Angouleme secured a 25-16 victory against CA Brive in a closely contested match at Stade Amedee-Domenech. The away team took an early lead with a try from Escoffre, followed by a conversion from Botica. Brive responded swiftly with a try from Zenon, leveling the score, but Botica's penalties kept Soyaux ahead. Shillcock's drop goal provided Brive with a glimmer of hope before halftime. In the second half, Farissier scored for Soyaux, extending their lead. Despite being reduced to 14 men after Morand Bruyat received a yellow card, Soyaux held firm against Brive's efforts. Ultimately, Brive couldn't close the gap, and Soyaux celebrated a well-earned victory.
