Stade Georges-Pompidou

Valence Romans secured a hard-fought victory against Biarritz, finishing 15-9 at Stade Georges-Pompidou. Lucas Meret was instrumental for the home side, scoring all of their points through five penalties. Biarritz's Edgar Retiere kept his team in the contest with three penalties but lacked the finishing touch needed for a try. A yellow card for Mathieu Acebes early in the match hampered Biarritz's momentum. The game saw a crucial moment when Loan Real received a red card for Valence Romans, putting them under pressure. However, they held on resolutely, with Meret further extending their lead with additional penalties. This win continued Valence Romans' dominance over Biarritz in their recent encounters.
