Exeter Women vs Loughborough head to head

Exeter Chiefs Women secured a convincing 26-5 victory over Loughborough Lightning at Sandy Park. The home side showcased their dominance right from the kickoff, scoring early tries that set the tone for the match. Fly half Liv McGoverne played a crucial role, orchestrating the attack and converting key opportunities. Loughborough managed to respond with a try, but their efforts were largely stifled by Exeter's robust defense. The weather conditions, with rain and a heavy wind, made handling difficult, but Exeter adapted better to the challenges. The Chiefs' forwards, particularly Hope Rogers and Maddie Feaunati, excelled in the set pieces, asserting control throughout the game. Overall, Exeter's performance was a testament to their strength and cohesion, leaving Loughborough with much to ponder moving forward.
