Toyota Verblitz vs Kubota Spears head to head

Toyota Verblitz delivered a commanding performance against Kubota Spears, winning 24-7 at Gifu Memorial Centre. Mark Tele'a opened the scoring with an early try, quickly followed by efforts from Lourens Erasmus and Hingano Lolohea, establishing a strong lead. Rikiya Matsuda's conversion after Lolohea's try capped a dominant first half. The second half saw Aidan Morgan extend the lead with another try, again converted by Matsuda. Kubota Spears struggled to find their rhythm despite substitutions, only managing to score through Opeti Helu late in the match. Matsuda's kicking proved crucial as he added conversions to maintain pressure on the visitors. This victory marked a significant turnaround for Verblitz after previous defeats to Spears in their last encounters.
