Edinburgh Rugby showcased a dominant performance against the Stormers, finishing the match with a decisive 38-7 victory. Patrick Harrison opened the scoring with a try in the 18th minute, followed shortly by Ben Muncaster, both converted by Ross Thompson. The Stormers managed to respond with a try from Ruhan Nel, converted by Damian Willemse, but they struggled to keep pace. Edinburgh continued their scoring spree in the second half with tries from Darcy Graham and Grant Gilchrist, both converted by Thompson. Muncaster added another try late in the game, rounding off a stellar personal performance. Thompson's kicking was flawless, contributing significantly to Edinburgh's scoreline. Overall, Edinburgh's forwards dominated the set pieces, and their backs executed a fluid attacking game, leaving the Stormers with little opportunity to counter.
