Scotstoun Stadium

The Glasgow Warriors narrowly defeated the Scarlets 17-15 in a closely contested match at Scotstoun Stadium. Early in the game, Ioan Lloyd's penalty and Josh MacLeod's try put Scarlets in a strong position. However, Glasgow responded with a try from Johnny Matthews, converted by Duncan Weir, to take the lead. The Scarlets faced adversity when Alec Hepburn received a yellow card just before halftime. In the second half, Ioan Nicholas scored for Scarlets, but Glasgow's Henco Venter quickly answered with another try. As the game progressed, Duncan Weir added a penalty, which ultimately proved crucial. Despite a late drop goal miss from Lloyd, Glasgow held on for the victory.
