Thomond Park

Munster Rugby secured a hard-fought 17-10 victory over the Lions at Thomond Park. Thaakir Abrahams opened the scoring with a try in the 15th minute, followed by a conversion from Billy Burns. The Lions responded with a try from Henco van Wyk and a penalty by Kade Wolhuter, closing the gap to 10-10 before halftime. Shane Daly put Munster back in the lead with a try shortly after the break. Alex Kendellen extended Munster's advantage with another try in the 53rd minute. Despite their best efforts, the Lions failed to capitalize on opportunities, with Wolhuter's kicking unable to bridge the gap further. Munster's strong defensive play and key moments from their forwards ultimately secured the win.
