Loftus Versfeld

The Bulls secured a convincing 31-19 victory over the Lions at Loftus Versfeld. Canan Moodie opened the scoring with a try just two minutes into the match, followed by two more tries from Willie Le Roux and Sebastian de Klerk, quickly establishing a 19-0 lead. The Lions fought back with tries from Henco van Wyk and PJ Botha, narrowing the gap to 19-14 by halftime. After the break, Moodie scored again, and Marco van Staden added another try to extend the Bulls' lead. David Kriel's accurate kicking proved crucial, converting all but one try. Despite a late try from Richard Kriel for the Lions, it wasn't enough to turn the tide. The Bulls showcased their attacking prowess and discipline, ultimately earning a well-deserved home win.
