Stage: Regular Season Round 5

Stade Maurice Boyau

Dax secured a convincing 45-17 victory over Stade Nicois at Stade Maurice Boyau. The home side capitalized on an early red card issued to Labadie of Stade Nicois, scoring six tries throughout the match. Duprat, Gatelier, Naseara, and Sovau were among the try-scorers, with Seguy successfully converting six attempts and adding a drop goal. Stade Nicois managed to respond with three tries from Idjellidaine, Egiziano, and Morgan, but their efforts fell short. Dax's dominance in the first half, leading 24-0 at halftime, set the tone for the match. Stade Nicois struggled to regain control after the early setback, and the yellow card for Vignolles further compounded their challenges. Overall, Dax's combination of strong attacking play and effective kicking led them to a resounding victory.
