Ulster Rugby faced a narrow defeat at home against Zebre Parma, losing 14-15 in a tightly contested match. Zebre's Montemauri opened the scoring with a penalty, before a yellow card for Stavile put them at a disadvantage. However, just after halftime, Stavile redeemed himself by scoring a try, followed by another from Da Re, extending Zebre's lead. Ulster responded with two tries from Barrett, with Doak converting both to give them a brief advantage. Despite Ulster's resurgence, Zebre maintained their composure. The match concluded with a last-minute penalty securing Zebre's victory. This match highlighted the resilience of both teams, but ultimately, Zebre's strategic play earned them a crucial away win.
