Emirates Airline Park

The Lions achieved a convincing 38-14 victory over the Sharks at Emirates Airline Park. PJ Botha opened the scoring with a try in the sixth minute, quickly followed by another from Francke Horn, both converted by Gianni Lombard. The Lions continued to assert their dominance, adding tries from Edwill van der Merwe and Richard Kriel before halftime. In the second half, Lombard added a try to his tally, further extending the lead. Although the Sharks managed to score late tries through Ethan Hooker and Siya Kolisi, they were unable to recover from their slow start. Lombard's performance stood out, contributing significantly with both tries and conversions. The Lions' strong forward play and tactical execution ultimately sealed a resounding win.
