Portugal's Luka Begic managed to score early in the second half, but Scotland responded with two more tries from Arron Reed. The Scots continued to pressure their opponents, with Jamie Dobie scoring late in the match. Raffaele Storti added a consolation try for Portugal, but it was not enough to change the outcome.
