Stage: Regular Season Round 2

StoneX Stadium

Saracens secured a decisive 45-26 victory against Sale Sharks at StoneX Stadium. Alex Lozowski was instrumental for Saracens, contributing significantly with his kicking game, including multiple penalties and conversions. Elliot Daly showcased his scoring prowess by crossing the line twice, reinforcing his status as a key player. Sale's Robert du Preez kept the scoreboard ticking with penalties, but it wasn't enough to combat the home side's dominance. The Sharks struggled defensively, especially after Sam Dugdale received a yellow card and later a red, leaving them a player short. Gus Warr and Luke Cowan-Dickie both registered tries for Sale, but they could not match Saracens' relentless attack. The home team’s performance underscored their strong form as they continued their pursuit of the top of the league.
