Section Paloise faced a narrow defeat against Ospreys, finishing 28-31. The home side started strong with tries from Attissogbe and Brau Boirie, both converted by Desperes. However, Ospreys responded quickly with Conbeer scoring and Edwards converting, keeping the match competitive. A yellow card for Arfeuil just before halftime allowed Boshoff to score for Ospreys, narrowing the gap. In the second half, Morgan's try and a penalty try for Paloise kept the tension high, but Edwards' performance, including a try of his own, proved decisive. Roudil's late try for Paloise was not enough to secure a victory, as Ospreys held on for the win. Overall, Edwards' contributions were pivotal in Ospreys securing the win away from home.
