Stade Aime Giral

USA Perpignan and the Lions played to a thrilling 20-20 draw in the Challenge Cup. Perpignan started strong with an early penalty from Aucagne, but the Lions struck back with a penalty try after Ruiz received a yellow card. Oviedo's try and Aucagne's conversion briefly gave Perpignan the lead before halftime. The second half saw Botha score for the Lions, leveling the match again. Aucagne's drop goal attempts were unsuccessful, but he later added another try for Perpignan. The Lions responded with a try from Botha, followed by a successful conversion from Smith. In a match influenced by heavy rain, both teams displayed resilience, ultimately sharing the spoils.
