Sale Sharks delivered a commanding performance against Racing 92, winning 29-7 at Salford City Stadium. The home side opened the scoring with a try from Jean-Luc du Preez in the 18th minute, quickly followed by Tom Roebuck’s try shortly after. Robert du Preez converted both tries, giving Sale a comfortable lead. Racing managed to respond with a try from Guram Gogichashvili, which was converted by Nolann Le Garrec, bringing the score to 19-7 at halftime. In the second half, Joe Carpenter extended Sale's lead with another try, again converted by Robert du Preez. Despite Racing's efforts, they struggled to break through Sale's defense, and Ben Curry added a final try to seal the victory. Overall, Sale's strong performance and tactical discipline secured them a well-deserved win.
