Glasgow Warriors defeated Sale Sharks 26-21 in a thrilling Champions Cup clash at CorpAcq Stadium. The Sharks initially took the lead with tries from van Rhyn and Davies, both converted by du Preez, putting them ahead 14-0. However, the Warriors responded strongly, scoring three tries in the first half, including a crucial brace from Darge and Hiddleston, with Hastings converting both to give them a 19-14 lead at halftime. In the second half, Kyle Steyn extended the Warriors' lead early on, with Hastings again converting. Sale's Louw managed a late try, converted by du Preez, narrowing the gap to 21-26.
