The home side capitalised on an early yellow card to Munster's Beirne, resulting in a penalty try followed by three quick tries from Reid, Arundell, and Dunn, all converted by Finn Russell. Despite a brief response from Munster through Edogbo, Bath maintained control and extended their lead with a try from Obano just before halftime. Munster's Casey scored a late first-half try, but the momentum was firmly with Bath. In the second half, Bath continued their dominance, with Hill adding another try to the tally.
