Edinburgh Rugby secured a decisive 33-20 victory against RC Toulon in the Champions Cup. Despite an early drop goal and a try from White, Toulon struggled to maintain momentum. Edinburgh responded with a try from Schoeman and two penalties from Scott, gaining a 13-10 lead at halftime. The home side continued to dominate in the second half, scoring a penalty try and another try from Venter. Toulon's discipline faltered, exemplified by Ribbans' yellow card, which compounded their woes. Edinburgh's solid performance was highlighted by Scott's playmaking and Vellacott's dynamic contribution. Ultimately, the home team showcased superior control and execution to secure the win.
