Stade Chaban-Delmas

Union Bordeaux-Bègles showcased a dominant performance against Scarlets, finishing with a decisive score of 50-21. Matthieu Jalibert was instrumental, scoring two tries and converting all but one of Bordeaux's scores. The home side surged ahead with five first-half tries, including efforts from Jefferson Poirot and Gaetan Barlot. Scarlets managed to respond with a try from Fletcher Anderson, but they struggled to keep pace. In the second half, Bordeaux continued to assert their dominance, with further tries from Pablo Uberti and Xan Mousques. Scarlets' Jarrod Taylor received a yellow card, further hampering their chances of a comeback. Ultimately, Bordeaux-Bègles proved too strong, securing a convincing victory in the Champions Cup clash.
