Twickenham Stoop
Sale Sharks defeated Harlequins 26-17 in a closely contested Champions Cup clash at Twickenham Stoop. George Ford was instrumental for Sale, scoring 14 points through penalties and a conversion. The Sharks took advantage of Harlequins' discipline issues, with Will Evans and Jack Kenningham both receiving yellow cards. Luke Cowan-Dickie scored twice for Sale, showcasing his prowess as a hooker. Harlequins fought back with tries from Chandler Cunningham-South and Alex Dombrandt, but it wasn't enough to overcome the deficit. Marcus Smith added a conversion for Harlequins, but their efforts fell short. Ultimately, Sale Sharks continued their dominance over Harlequins, securing another victory in their recent rivalry.
